Shipping Policy

We currently ship to destinations within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation and tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order. Please note that tracking updates may be subject to delays depending on the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect shipments once an order has been fulfilled. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment.
